✰You can get care at TOFC if you are an adult (18+ years of age) who is uninsured or underinsured.

• You do not have health insurance.

• You have Medicare or Medicaid and can’t get an appointment with your provider;
• You have private insurance, but can’t afford your deductible or co-pays;
• Your insurance does not cover medically necessary care; or
• You do not have resources for the type of care you need.

We are here to help you advocate for your health and wellbeing. Our goal is to treat your immediate needs and help you find long-term health care outside of our clinic. We will assist you to find appropriate community health resources.
